Mail delays are unfortunately too common these days. Things may take a while to get to you.
Items damaged in transit can be replaced. Please send a picture within a week of receiving. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Charms occasionally have a foil layer on one side. Any bubbles/scratches you see are likely on the foil, not the charm itself. Peel to reveal the charm’s surface.
