COVID-related mail delays are to be expected. Things may take a while to get to you. You will be given a tracking number when things are shipped. Tracking updates may be delayed or inconsistent due to the state of the US Postal Service at this time.
Items damaged in transit can be replaced. Please send a picture within a week of receiving. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Charms occasionally have a foil layer on one side. Any bubbles/scratches you see are likely on the foil, not the charm itself. Peel to reveal the charm’s surface.
