The holographic foil is super reflective; it’s a somewhat silvery-looking thing that immediately goes rainbow in light.

Charms occasionally have a foil layer on one side. Any bubbles/scratches you see are likely on the foil, not the charm itself. Peel to reveal the charm’s surface.
